Beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit, and spicy aromas, hints of roasted apples, apple compote, and peaches. A subtle combination of structure, length, and vivacity, bubbles like velvet, pear, brioche, and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut. As well as very fine bubbles.
