Bacardi Carta Negra is a dark and intense rum that captures the bold flavors of oak orange peel and sweet molasses. Caramel and spice on the nose with notes of black treacle and coffee beans. Palate: Smooth and medium-bodied rum. Inoffensive, simple stuff, but a suitable and fine mixing rum if ever there was one. Finish: Medium finish, a little cinnamon on the tail.
